Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any part of the hi772 platform. hi772 enforces strict age verification as part of the account registration process. Any account found to have been created by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held in the account will be forfeited pending investigation.

Geographic Access

hi772 is operated for players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the hi772 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hi772 takes no responsibility for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your location, please seek independent legal advice before registering.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one registered account on hi772. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you already hold an account and have forgotten your login credentials, please use the Forgot Password function rather than creating a new account.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on hi772 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit set by hi772, though your payment provider may apply its own limits. hi772 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large deposits and may request supporting documentation before crediting such deposits to a player account.

Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. hi772 processes all withdrawal requests in the order they are received. hi772 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where a fraud investigation is ongoing.

Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to protect against fraud and money laundering. Where a same-method withdrawal is not possible (for example, if the original deposit method is no longer available), hi772 support will work with the player to identify an approved alternative withdrawal route.

Game Integrity and RNG

All game outcomes on hi772 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. hi772 does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes. Slot RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as published by the respective game providers. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical game events observed and streamed in real time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hi772 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances: use of software bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with games; exploiting software errors or glitches for financial gain; coordinating with other players to fix outcomes in peer-to-peer games; abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at hi772 staff or other players; and any attempt to launder funds through the hi772 platform.

Disputed Game Outcomes

In the event of a technical fault during a game round that prevents the round from completing, hi772 will endeavour to reinstate the player to the position they held at the start of the affected round. Where this is not technically possible, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance. Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised with hi772 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game event. hi772's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Suspension by hi772

hi772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player is found to be under 21 years of age; fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity is suspected or confirmed; a regulatory or law enforcement request requires account restriction; or an account has been inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months. hi772 will notify the affected player by email where possible following any account action.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their hi772 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, hi772 will confirm the player's identity and process any eligible outstanding balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure will have unmet bonus balances voided prior to final settlement.
